SimpleIPAM is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our service.

Data We Collect

Configuration Files: When you upload firewall configurations or IP spreadsheets for analysis, the file is transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed in memory on our servers. It is never written to disk or logged, and is discarded immediately after analysis. If you are a Pro user and choose to save an analysis, it is stored encrypted and can be deleted at any time.

Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and communication purposes.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, such as which features are used most frequently.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the SimpleIPAM service
• To communicate with you about your account or our services
• To send product updates if you've joined our waitlist (you can unsubscribe anytime)

Data Security

We take security seriously. Configuration files often contain sensitive network information, so they are sent over an encrypted connection, processed in memory, never written to disk or logged, and discarded immediately after analysis. Saved analyses (Pro) are stored encrypted and can be deleted at any time.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics, email delivery, and hosting. These services have their own privacy policies and we only share the minimum data necessary for them to function.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send.
